Application Operations team is responsible for the maintenance of the middleware components like Java EE application server, servlet container and other servers. We keep our system up-to-date with the latest patches. We execute application deployment according to the release schedules. The team is always alert to mitigate any application issue promptly by tracing logs, analyzing thread dump, collecting core data and more, in collaboration with other teams. We use various enterprise tools to get the insight of our application so that any probable threat can be identified and remediated accordingly.

Ensuring efficiency, availability, integrity, security, and scalability of the application are the core responsibilities of the Application Operations team.
