Training and Content is a team that interacts with users and communicates with development, quality assurance, database, and design teams regarding user requirements and feedback. The Training and Content Specialists take technical information and convey that concisely through content for release notes and user guides, and interact with end-users to troubleshoot any technical issues they face.
